It is with a heavy heart that once again we have had to take the decision, to postpone travel and hotel services. Following the government announcement of the month long lockdown in England, we will be unable to operate any holidays and all hotels will close from Monday 2nd of November and will be postponing any planned departures throughout the lockdown period.
If you have a booking with us within the lockdown period, we will be contacting you directly.
Our lines and social media channels are going to be very busy and we would respectfully request that you do not contact the call centre or hotels directly, we will be contacting all our clients directly in departure date order. Starting with those due to depart on Monday 2nd November 2020. As we learned from the last national lockdown, the volume of email messages will be such that we will not be able to respond to you immediately, but we did contact every customer who was affected by the national lockdown and we will make contact with you as we work our way through our booking system.
If you booked via a Travel Agent including online travel agents (e.g. Booking. Com and Expedia) you should contact them direcly to discuss your booking.
We kindly request your patience until such times that we contact everyone in departure date order to discuss alternative arrangements.
